Santiago Caruso

Buenos Aires, 1982

At the age of twenty-one he was awarded the First Prize for Drawing at the Salon of Plastic Arts at the Roverano Museum. He has collaborated with various press media in his home country as well as with foreign publishers. His work stands out both for its vigor as well as for its technique. It is no overstatement to say that the work of Carusso, which is well represented in the galleries and museums of Buenos Aires, is currently one of the most pleasant revelations of Latin American plastic arts.
